REPLY: Either color your hair the color you want then re-highlight OR do low-lights, also called a reverse frost. To do that you must either do the foiling or pull a small amount through a cap and apply a color the same as your darkest color. Personally, I prefer the latter suggestion. I would certainly do a heavy-duty conditioning on this. Also a leave-in conditioner would be helpful. In GOD WE TRUST - then a good stylist !!
