I wish I could see your hair. Are you going to do this yourself? Go to a professional, but tell them how you want it?

I would suggest twisting the top back to just before the crown at least 3 rows on the top (leave bangs if you wear them) If you have a normal part and wear it flat on top then go 1 1/2" or so back and start your twist to just before the crown. THen you can wear your part and from smooth. Divide your hair into horizontal sections of three behind your ears to the crown start with the middle top section right at the crown and tie it into a knot just a plain note then lean it forward and tuck the tail under and pin. Pin this with at least two pins crossed like an x take the bottom of this column and divide it vertically into several sections depending on how long or short your hair is. If it is very short you will need more sections. Take each section slip a pin across the end, fold the pin upwards and tuck into hair above it, place another pin crossing that one, x again. Do this all the way down the back of the center of the head. When you get to the bottem, take it and divide it into small sections and tie a knot into it, slide a pin across the ends and tuck upwards with a cross pin on it also. Crossing the pins causes them to hold and with short hair you'll want the ends tucked and held. Now, take the bottom of each of the two side panels of the back and work them the same ways as the middle. Then go to the top of the side two panels and do them. All you have left is the front to part and smooth, plus the lower sides or just the lower sides depending on whether you have bangs, a part or not. Take these pieces in front of the ear and tie a knot, a knot, a knot however long it is forming a chain and pin and tuck the ends of this hair under a curl you have made on the back side of hair. You can make several chains or just a couple or if you want you can forget the chains and smooth it all on the sides if you have very short hair. You may want to add sequins or beads which you can get in the craft department at Walmart or somewhere and slide them on a hair pin and place them throughout your hair to make it match your dress or shoes. I use this alot for weddings when everyones hair is up, but one has short hair. That way everyone looks like they fit in. Enjoy.
