Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Yes. We ship all packages via UPS in either unmarked boxes or plain UPS pouches showing "Sunset Marketing" as the sender.

Will my order be shipped the same day it's placed?
In most cases, orders placed before 3:00pm Central Time will be shipped the same day.

How can I track my order?
If you provide us with a valid email address, you'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Certain shipments, such as those going to PO boxes, APOs, or any other shipments being sent via the USPS are not trackable.

How long does it take for International orders to arrive?
International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express, and, barring any interference from customs, should take 3-5 business days to arrive. However, customs will often hold packages for extended periods of time. See our International Shipping Policies

What is your return policy?
Our general return policy is that any unopened product in resaleable condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping costs. However, many of our products have specific money back guarantees associated with them. See our full Return Policy

When will my purchase show up on my credit card statement?
Orders placed online will show up immediately. Orders placed over the phone will be run manually, and will show up within 24 hours. Please note that orders placed over the phone will appear as a charge from "Sunset Marketing" on your credit card statement.
