1. Take a small amount of Folligen for Blondes and rub gently onto your scalp. You may wish to follow with a light coating of Emu Oil for Hair.
2. Use every other night.
3. On alternate nights, apply a light coating of Emu Oil for Hair to moisturize scalp between Folligen treatments.
4. During the last week of the month, use neither product in order to encourage a healthy cycle of growth and renewal.
