Ordering
You may order from Salonweb.com using one of three methods: online, telephone, or snail mail using a personal check or money order. Our office hours are 9a.m. - 5p.m. Mon.-Thurs. & 9a.m. - 4p.m. Fridays: Central time. Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. To place an order with a credit card you must be the cardholder. If a credit card is denied, Salonweb will notify the customer. If the customer is not contacted, the order will be canceled. All charges appear discreetly as Sunset Marketing on your statement.

Payment by Check
Orders placed with personal checks, will be held until the check clears the bank. Money orders and certified bank checks will be processed immediately. All checks returned will be charged a $20.00 service fee. Orders will not be sent until funds are collected.

Shipping
We make every effort to process and ship your order promptly and correctly. Every order is inspected to ensure an accurate shipment. Should a shortage or unavailability of product cause an unexpected delay, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible.

Returns
All Grobust products carry a 45 day money back guarantee (minus shipping costs). To qualify for a refund you must:

• Use the product as directed. For example, using three month’s worth of Grobust in a few weeks voids the guarantee.
• Return ALL bottles both opened and unopened

Credit will be given on a maximum of two opened bottles.

The money back guarantee may only be used ONCE per customer. Placing an order after receiving a Return Credit voids all future guarantees.

Holidays
Grobust will accept online orders, but is not open for business and will not ship orders on the following holidays:

• Thanksgiving Day

• the day after Christmas
• New Year's Day
