Secure elastic ponytail holder (included) around hair at desired location on the hair/ponytail. Apply Hook on to elastic ponytail holder. The built in hook will keep it stationary. With hook secure, use both hands to wrap the Hair Glove around the ponytail. Tuck hair inside the excess flap, lining up the top snap first and fasten snaps. If you think the hair glove is too long for your hair you can easily trime it down to size. When removing the Hair Glove, make sure to unsnap one at a time, do not rip apart or you may damage the Hair Glove. Replace ponytail holder periodically.
