How does MicroHairCap work?
The cordless, microwave safe heat caps get their heat from three thermal gel packs that are placed inside the caps special pockets. The whole cap is then heated in the microwave. It's simple and easy!

Is MicroHairCap for any hair type?
Absolutely! Any hair type can benefit from hot deep conditioning treatments, especially hair that is damaged, over dry, or dull.

Can MicroHairCap hurt me?
Not when used as directed. If the cap is heated properly it will not be "HOT", rather warm, steamy, and comfortable. If MicroHairCap is heated excessively or used incorrectly it could cause harm. Please see proper operating instructions.

What's the difference between the Turban and Original style heat caps?
The original MicroHairCap is held in place using a chin strap while the Turban style cap is held in place by a tail of fabric that is wrapped tightly and velcroed in place.

What type of fabric is used to make MicroHairCap?
A durable blend of cotton and polyester that is completely microwave safe.

Is MicroHairCap water safe?
Sure! It can even be used as a towel for the hair.
