started my career in cosmetology in 1992. Attending a cosmetology school
to learn the fundamentals of hairdressing and to become licensed. Since
I had just graduated High School, I was unaware of the great opportunities
that this profession had to offer. I worked in various hair salons as I
attended school and I was very impressed and motivated from working and
learning in this field. After graduating school and becoming licensed in
cosmetology, I was now ready to expand my skills and see more of what this
business had to offer. I continued to work in salons and even began working
for a hair care industry giant as a hair color educator. That is when my
career really took off. I was working major hair shows, meeting people,
really seeing the true opportunities that were in front of me. After a
few years of working in the business, I realized that I wanted to do something
for this profession and give people opportunities to see what it is all
about. I decided to create Salon Search.com. This is a website that will
give people the opportunity to see the wide selection of hair salons, nail
salons, tanning salons, and barbershops. Now people can visit this site
on the Internet and not have to go to a salon or call asking about prices,
products, etc. I hope that everyone will benefit from this and see what
a great profession this truly is. |
