Customer Order Qualifications

Completed Wholesaler / Distributor Information Form (above).
All first time orders must be pre-paid with VISA / MasterCard or American Express. For Washington customers we request that you fax a copy of your Certificate of Resale.
Net terms are extended to customers that have qualified by submitting an approved credit history.
Minimum order are $150 for new orders and $75 for reorders.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Check the website, it will always have most current rates.

Shipping

All merchandise is shipped FOB point of origin, Bremerton, WA. Visionary Impact Products primary shipper is UPS unless otherwise requested.
Shipping costs are unavailable before processing the order. Confirmation of shipping charges can be sent prior to shipment upon request, include in note section when ordering.

Credit & Return Policy

Visionary Impact Products will authorize full credit or replacement for factory defective merchandise. All claims for damage must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Receiving a Shipment: Verify carton counts. Any missing or damaged cartons must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery and claim filed with the freight carrier.
Non-receipt of goods must be reported within 30 days of invoice.
Shortened merchandise must be reported within 3 days. No claims allowable after that period.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Limited Warranty

Visionary Impact Products warranties our products to be free from factory defects only. No other warranties, express or implied, are made or given by Visionary Impact Products. Return policy for retail customers does not apply to wholesale accounts.
